– Steel defines us.
The story of RadøyGruppen began at the docks in Manger, Radøy in 1969. Olav Ståløy and Alf Hamre, both of whom were working in Bergen, wanted to move out of the city. They decided to start a company focusing on maintenance of equipment for farmers and small ships.
By 1974 the business had already outgrown its leased premises and moved to a new, purpose-built production facility at Olsvollstranda, Radøy.
Ever since, RadøyGruppen has grown with the industry and adapted to new requirements and fluctuating markets.
Today, RadøyGruppen has around 150 employees and is located at Vetås on Radøy. We have a flexible labour supply, and can scale our operation quickly and easily to accommodate your projects.
Our production facilities are modern and efficient, and our commitment to quality and cost efficiency makes us a leader in the market.
